Visiting resorts for the day?

Are there currently any restrictions on visiting resorts other than the one your staying at? Have a trip planned for June, staying at CS and was hoping to meet up with some friends at Beach Club and Grand Floridian while on the trip, are we allowed to visit their hotels right now?

Yes. If you take Disney transportation, you'll have no issues getting in. If you were planning on driving, they only let you in if you have an ADR. Sometimes they'll let you in with a quick service mobile order as well.

I haven't seen any problems resort hopping.

Same as driving yourself.

As long as you use resort transportation you are fine.

Having a dining reservation should allow one to enter a resort, but I have read of issues people have had when arriving via car, even with a dining reservation.
