VISA Gift Card for payment on my Disney Trip?

Hi everyone! I received a VISA gift card through Receipt Pal. I tried to use it on the Disney site to make a payment on my trip but it keeps saying it can't be processed. I even called in to Disney to make the payment and the CM I spoke to said they sometimes have issues with VISA gift cards and may have to submit the payment in installments. She tried that and it still did not work. I am so disappointed. I contacted receipt pal to see what is going on. Anyone else ever have this problem? TIA

they won't take those pre-paid cards - i would go online to the shopdisney site and use it to purhcase a disney giftcard - that is what I usually do with those and if you choose an e-card it will come in about an hour
