Visa Dream Vacation

What is the deal with the Disney Commercial involving VISA. Do you have to have the special Disney VISA card to enter their Sweepstakes or is it any VISA Card.

When the commercial comes on I try to read the fine print. It makes it sound like they will be giving away pretty Dream Vacations with the after hours party.

Is there a web page, or anyone know about this "Dream Vacation by VISA.
