Visa Discount Inquiry

We were told Topolino's dinner is excluded from the Disney Visa 10% discount because it is a signature restaurant and signature restaurants only receive a discount for DVC and AP holders.

Weird, because Narccoossee's is signature and it applies. Same with Tiffins, Boma, etc.

Any real knowledge on this one? Why Topolinos is not included?

My understanding has always been each restaurant determines what discounts they participate in.

My understanding has always been each restaurant determines what discounts they participate in.

Over the years I have always understood this to be the case about EPCOT and that made sense...I was not aware that Disney-owned/operated restaurants could individually (management) decide.

They’re all independent cost centers, so it makes sense to me. Kind of like individual resorts determine the dates, amount & types of rooms they include in discount promos.

And maybe allowed because it’s a credit card discount, not really a company discount like an AP or DVC discount?
