Visa codes for fall only? trying for AK in 2008

I'm a Disney Visa card holder (and I use it) but never got the email about the fall code
Do I need to do something specific to sign up for the emails?

I'm trying to book AK concierge for next summer and the CM at CRO said there are no AAA rates for concierge, only on the regular rooms. Right now it's $140 difference per night between AAA pool view and concierge club in July...

The current that was released last week in only good until 12/23/07. They have had a visa code for fall for the last few years. I do think that concierge rooms are hard to get with the code. It is all based on what they have available when you call to apply discount. AP codes usually come first but not always. The general public is always the last.
