When can I book the seats with Virgin, how long from departure/return?

If you have booked USF and Adventure passports with Virgin do you have to collect them from the welcome meeting or do you get vouchers with your tickets?

You can book your seats 180 days before you fly, the same applies to your return journey. When you book your outbound seats they will tell you what date you can book your return seats.
