Virgin miles and using them query

Im not quite sure which board to put this on but wondered if anyone has used their virgin miles to book a uk hotel and if its at all possible to do this? I have a lot of miles and wanted to spend a night in manchester as going to a concert. Iv looked on the website but not found anything in the spending miles section.
Is there a hyatt in manchester or any hotel that comes under their group. My DB dad gets free accomodation at hyatt.

There are only 3 hotel companies you can spend miles with, Gitcombe House (Devon), Hilton Honours (have to change miles to HH points) and Intercontinental Hotels (have to change miles to IHG points) - not sure what value you get though
