Yesterday i got the invoice for our Jan 2005 holiday in the post and upon opening realised that they have undercharged by about £600.00.

I had all the details written down from the booking over the phone. Basically the had charged for everyting correctly, PE upgrade, car upgrade insurances etc, but no actual basic flight cost for us.

Me being a big worrier and the big chief planner phoned virgin and pointed out their mistake and they corrected it and are sending amended invoice, they thanked me for my honesty but couldnt say whether it would have affected our seats on the plane when we turned up for our flight.

I had a horrible vision of turning up and being turned away.

WHAT would you have done and what could the possible consequences have been if i had not pointed out their mistake.

If it was attraction tickets or similiar I might be tempted to say nothing anhd see what happens!;)

But for your flights it just wasn't worth messing with:earseek:

Another Virgin admin blunder, i also received an invoice last week from them for our March 2005 flight, they had not deducted the deposit (which i had paid) from the balance.
