a message to all who have or are about to book virgin holidays, we booked our holiday as soon as prices came available in april, long story sort we have ended up having to pay for an extra night,because despite several phone calls to virgin they didnt book our return premium economy seats when they did eventually realise they had all gone on the date we wanted hence the extra night, if that wasnt bad enough we also booked the 11.15 flight out they also got this wrong and put us on the 12.30, when we tried to change this again after several phone calls assuring us it had been done, we find out yesterday that it hasnt and we are on 12.30 and there are no 11.15 flights left, when we complained we where told thats all thats available take it or leave it, this attitude was off a supervisor!!, so if you are booking or have booked be very careful and check every detail and hope if there are any problems they sort them better than they did ours, this isnt are first time we are fv and this will be our fourth time dont think we will be bothering again though and would have cancelled if it hadnt been for our deposit. virgin no longer get my vote for customer care!!
