Virgin booking ref problem

Hi Guys

I have managed to get my Disney Booking ref number from virgin, but when I try and enter this on the Walt Disney site, under My Reservations, I get a 'Please check you have correctly completed all of the fields marked'

Any ideas/help would be appreciated! Would like to start booking dining.

Sorry, didn't read the OP properly. Not sure what the issue coud be. I don't find the online booking system to be the most reliable, to be honest. You can always make your ADRs by phone.

Yeah that's what we've got and been trying along with the lead passenger surname. Do you think I should go back to virgin and double check it's correct?

Might sound a bit crazy, but our lead passenger's name on the paperwork wasn't the same one that they had put on the online system (no idea why this happened - looks like the put the oldest person as lead online?) Try a different surname as that's what worked for us. Hope you get it sorted soon!

But when I got to 180 I went on and made a meal reservation for 180 and then the following day - it then said something along the lines of "you can't do that, you need to be staying" - put in the reference number at that point (it gives a box to do it) and there we go, all the details popped up.

Over the next couple of hours I booked some more meals, sometimes it was happy and had my details all along, sometimes it didn't. Was a bit hit and miss but I get there in the end.

And I know they are all there as I phoned today to book MNSSHP an Pirates & Pals the lady I was speaking to said "Oh, I can see you have been busy with your ADRs, do you need to make any more?" and then we discussed some of my choices.

So a bit of trial and error - and patience.
