Virgin Advance Passenger Information

For the question What are your travel plans on arrival in the US? Which of these two options do l select:
- Staying in the US
- Fly-Drive Passenger

We will have a rental car & are staying at more than one location in Florida so thought it would be the Fly-Drive Passenger we select, but from a search on trip advisor it would seem Staying in the US is the correct option. Anyone know for sure? Thanks.
