Villages at Fourtune Place

Anyone stay here before?

We stayed there last year. It is not a 5 star resort by any means but it was nice and clean. It took us about 30 minutes to get to Disney each day, it was a toll road so not much traffic. They are on the east side of Kissimmee. Not many places to eat near you, there is a Publix just behind the resort. The pool was just redone last summer, they have tennis courts and a nice play area for younger children. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again with no problem.

With the 30 min drive, you didn't find that difficult to manage? We have 3 kids going - 1,3,5 - so naps and mid-day rests are most likely needed. How much is the toll?

I have two teens so when we left for the day we did not come back until late. With small ones that need a break it may be to far depending on how long you want to saty at the parks each day.
I think the tolls were about $1.25 each way.
We got our week at Fortune Place through Sky Auction for $265 so the drive was worth it for us. Also we have friends that live near there so that make it nice.
