Hello! We will be spending a week at BWV in a two bedroom. Mid week our guests are leaving and other people are joining us. I would like to get a full clean the day of the guest swap for the studio section of the villa. Is this possible? If I need to have the whole villa cleaned I will just do that, but the studio section is the only important part. Should I request this before we go, or at check in? Does anyone know the cost for the one day clean? Thanks for your help!

I believe it is possible. The charge for the whole 2br is only $40, so that's not a bad option. I tried to schedule this before I went, but MS said to do it at check-in. At check-in I was told to contact housekeeping. I was a little dismayed as to why they couldn't just take care of it for me. Anyway, it all worked out.

Just a note...when they did a full cleaning, they did not leave dish soap, coffee, or Tide. They didn't even take out the garbage. We brought this to the attention of the front desk, as we were not sure that a 'extra' guest requested cleaning received these items (for the $40 rate). The next day we had about eight boxes of Tide, and 9 dish soaps ect. I think they tried to make some sort of statement. Oh well...

Have fun!

Interesting question and one that I think only DVC can answer for sure. My guess is that you'll have to get the whole 2-bedroom cleaned but it wouldn't hurt to ask. A 2-bedroom cleaing is $40. A studio cleaning is $25 and a 1-bedroom is $30. And for those who'd like the whole list --- A GV/Beach house is $60. Trash & Towel can be done for any unit at $10.

Wow! Thanks for all the great (and quick) information. I will try to call tomorrow and see if I can have just the studio cleaned. $40 is not bad though, so I may just get the whole thing cleaned. Thanks again!
