Hello All!

Heading for Disney in October and some friends of our will be there the same time frame. Anyway, I have invited her to be a friend and she has accepted. We both have checked the box to view shared activities. She made a dining reservation for an evening with all of us together and we all show up on her reservation in her account.

I am unable to see that reservation in my account however.

I did try linking the reservation by confirmation number and phone number to my account. The whole reservation shows on the screen when I do that, but it won't allow me to link it to my account saying the main reservation stays with the person who makes it.

Shouldn't I be able to see the "shared activity" somewhere in my account?

Thanks!

MDE still doesn't work correctly.

I agree with the above I have had many problems with My Disney Experience and find it very frustrating

That pretty much sums it up ...

I've seen all kinds of strange things. Linked avatar not displaying properly, adults getting listed as children on reservations ... info appearing and dissapearing at random ...

Should be very interesting when this actaully tries working on the FP+ system

You should be able to see it, yes. But you won't.

MDE has never worked properly and more than likely never will.

When I had a problem with My Disney Experience (had two of me in the system), I asked about linking my DH. The tech/person told me not to - to just have him use my log in to view our families plans.

Ok, my husband is an IT guy and based on the message I got when trying to link the dining reservation my friend made he said that my friend had to also invite me. I had invited my friend, she had accepted and we both had chosen to view our shared plans. Well, I could not view the dining reservation she had made including us. Once she invited me to be her friend and I accepted....POOF, I can now see our joint dining reservation.

I think it is silly you have to invite each other, it seems that once you are linking once you should be able to share.

Is anyone else having trouble with My Disney Experience this morning? I just logged in and it's almost as if I am a first time visitor. None of my plans or dining reservations are there anymore. I'm a little nervous, but I know the system is quirky, so I am not going to panic.
I am not going to panic.
I am not going to panic.
:rolleyes1

I stopped using the service when they changed two of my dining reservations a month after I made them and then the CM told me "that is not possible."
