Viewing online reservations

I booked our ADR almost a month ago, some online and some over the phone. None of them show up on the disney website for me. Am I doing something wrong here or does the site just have problems in this area?

Did you get a reservation number? You may have to manually input that into it. I'm no expert though! I haven't been able to log in to my reservations so it may just be something weird right now.

Yeah, I've tried putting in the numbers but it won't show anything. It's annoying because I'd like to change some things around and I don't want to have to call each time I do that.

Make sure you fill out your online account profile. Once I did that all of our showed up and I haven't had an issue since.

I have had issues with seeing my reservations online. Some are there, some not. Did you get email confirmations? Make sure to print those or have them available and everything should be fine. I had an issue at a restaurant on our last trip (1900 Park Fare) where they signed someone in under my reservation, but I had the email to prove to them that it was my number.

It won't automatically show your reservations when you log in. You may need to *retrieve* them by putting in your ADR number and the phone number you booked them with - Once you do that they should be there.
