If you put videos on you tube how do you edit them and do fun stuff?

You can use Windows Movie Maker.

I know that Photobucket lets you edit videos with simple stuff like borders, text, clips, and minor special effects. (like lights..)

Youtube video is flv video, you may try aimersoft video converter, it can convert and edit youtube video, my friends recommend it to me, it works really nice. You may google search for it.
