Let's put it this way - CG is NOISY! You will hear kitchen noise, dishes clattering, children screaming, the conversations of those nearby, etc. and you may not even get the best view.

At V&A, it will be very quiet, romantic, and a harp playing quietly in the background might even play "When you wish upon a star" like it did for us on our 5th anniversary! It is just magical!

Have not been to V&A but have enjoyed both Citrico's (which is right there in the same area as V&A) and Cali Grill. We are dining at Cali Grill on our anniversary night (April 25) because of the excellent food & service we had last year.

Last year our server allowed us to leave our table and take our champagne out to the observation deck area to watch Wishes. The music was piped in and everything. It was the most magical moment of our honeymoon. So I'm sure they would let you do the same.

Looking forward to experiencing Jiko and Narcoossee's as well this year!

Well said CG is not our idea of a romantic restaurant due to the noise. Many families with small children dine there so it's a no brainer for us- Victoria and Albert's! We will be there again in August and can't wait!!!
