Anyone know the time and place that Rick Springfield will be in concert at Universal Saturday Sept.16?

Bummer!!! I would love to see that, but am supposed to go to Hilton Head Island on Friday. I didn't even know about it. That stinks!!! :guilty:

Wow!!! And Scandal with 'em! Saw them with Adam and the Ants way too many years ago :)

One of the websites listed said APH'ers are included in this event. We bought the Bealls promo. Anyone know if we'll need to buy an extra ticket for this or whether it's included?

The advertised price($19.80 plus Tax) is an after 5:00pm admission price intended for those who want to see the concert only.
These Universal concerts are great. We went to a couple of Mardi Gras concerts at Universal. Kid Rock we saw for free and later saw that tickets at other venues were going for much more. $60 the next weekend in Tampa and $90 later at Vegas. These are also full concerts. Not abbreviated for special events. However this VH1 concert may be different. But you should at least expect 30 minutes from the opener(Scandal) and then 60-90 minutes by the Headliner(Rick Springfield).

Kid Rock -- yeah!

We saw the Allman Brothers a few years back, and that was included in our AP. Rockin' good show, too. Tons of hippies rockin' out. My mom was so jealous :)

We arrive Saturday and hadn't completely decided if we wanted to do IOA or US. Guess our decision's been made!

We saw Britney Spears there once. She was performing at CW rather than in a park though. I think it was for the MTV awards & wasn't a true concert. I didn't realize they had concerts in the parks like the one coming up. For future reference, how would I find this info in advance?

I don't think you'll see Kid Rock at Universal for Mardi Gras again anytime soon. The write up in the paper the next day stated he was doing and saying things that were inappropriate for the younger members of the crowd to see and hear.

We saw the Go-Go's at Mardi Gras at Universal. It was a lot of fun:)
