Hello all,
I ordered tickets from ARES online in July. I was told I could pickup my tickets when I checked into the DLH. Well - we arrived on the 22nd - no tickets - they asked if we were going into the park that day - lucky enough we weren't. They told us to try guest services in the am. WELL..... we went to guest services and they had no record or tickets from ARES. Thankfully the woman at guest services took pity on me (maybe it was because we belong to DVC or something) but she took my voucher and said she would issue us our tickets. Thank Goodness for the wonderful people at Disney!
My biggest gripe is that I called ARES at 8am on July 23rd and I still have not heard from them.
