Very slow log in/loading to VMK

Ever since the new changes took place, I can't seem to log into VMK in under 30 minutes. My computer is fairly fast, and before the new loading/changes I can barely get passed the VMK blue loading bar (without f5ing several times). I'm not sure if this is a VMK problem or a my computer problem. When I finally do get on, it takes another 20-30 minutes for the people to stop spinning, yesterday it didn't even stop. I am not sure what's going on as I've never ever had a problem with slow loading before. I was wondering if anyone knows what to do in this sort of sitution.

Seems to be a problem hopefully someone will figure it out.
