Something happened to my son now he can't go on the cruise with us. Is it possible to take someone with us that doesn't have their passport and is not my kid and doesn't live with me? It says in the documents the only way they can bring I.D. and birth certificate is if they are their guardian or family member. She's my sister so does that qualify?

You need to call DCL immediately. I think the fee is maybe $50 to change the name to another person. Your sister can travel with you as long as your parents sign the consent forms and have it notarized. She doesn't have to have a passport, but she does have to have her birth certificate.(A certified one...your parents should have one of those) DCL will only allow a certain number of children of certain ages on board to keep the kids programs at a certain level. Hopefully they aren't full of the age group your sister is. Call quickly and good luck!
