Make sure you are selecting/filling out all of the information. This happened to me until I noticed I forgot the age.

Okay I am clicking start on the first page...then it shows me the little gingerbread people and I am clicking child then next....then nothing happens...it just keeps reloading the same page...there isn't anywhere else to fill anything out?????

OMG, thanks so much for posting. We just watched our video and the part where santa takes his book out to check if she was naughty or nice she held her breathe, found out she was nice and giggled and giggled. What a warm chirsitmas feeling it bought to me.

Now, I'm going to send one to my naughty 16 yr ds. ;-)

My 6 year old ds just watched his. 2 days ago he asked me if Santa was real so I watched his face while he was watching. It was magical! When he saw a picture of himself inside Santas book his eyes lit up. I think we are safe on believing for another year!

This is great. I am going to do this for my DGD after I find out what she has ask Santa for (they are out for the evening). I did one for my DH and made him Naughty. I can't wait to hear his reaction!

WAY cool, thanks so much for sharing! I set it up last night and showed DS this morning...even more perfect since we're having a winter storm here, so Santa's concern over the snow messing with transmission in the beginning was great timing.

When my DD watched the video last night, her eyes lit up when he opened his book and she saw her name and picture. After it was over, she made me play it again so she could take notes about his secret on how reindeer can fly. She was too cute, and that smile on her face made it worth it.
