I agree, it sounds like it might be Wyndham Bonnet Creek. You can see Disney's Caribbean Beach resort from Bonnet Creek. I'd check with your relative and make sure it's paid off and that she doesn't have a loan on it. Here's a link to the Wyndham directory (they have lots of locations). Click on Contents and that will bring up the listings of the resorts. When you click on a resort, it will take you to pictures of the resort with the
point charts:

We recently purchased some Wyndham points resale ($26.00 on Ebay). Bonnet Creek goes for more money on Ebay than what I paid for my Wyndham Smoky Mountain points, though. Here is a thread from Tug (timeshare users group) where I posted a question about Bonnet Creek's fees that might help you:

Wyndham is a completely different timeshare system then
DVC. Although Wyndham's Bonnet Creek resort sits square in the middle surrounded by Disney property, it's not a Disney resort.
When we close on our Wyndham points, I plan on stretching my DVC points with some stays at Wyndham Bonnet Creek since it's within the Disney arches and has frequent free shuttles to the parks. I also like Wyndham's locations at National Harbour, Alexandria VA, and Destin and Panama City, FL, and San Antonio. DVC supposedly may be opening a resort at National Harbour, too.
Just so you know, there are some other Wyndham resorts in Orlando besides Bonnet Creek.
I think there is a transfer fee with Wyndham of around $100 to $125 when you change ownership.
