Vero Weight Room

Can someone give me any insight about the exercise room at Vero?

Is it typical? A handful of cardio - maybe a nautalus and some free weights or do they have more?

Let me track down DH, he used it last yr on our trip. And here are his comments:

"Small and adequate" for basic workouts. Standard cardio and weight machines.

This is from someone who has been working out 4+yrs and has lost 50lbs.
