Vero waitlist chances

I know Vero Beach has limited 2 bedrooms (plus using those for 1 bedroom and studios). Any one have any luck with waitlist coming through? We currently have two ocean view rooms booked but would love to have a kitchen for the week. We are going July 15-21. Thanks in advance!
