These low buy in VB contracts on dvcforless are looking mighty tempting to me. Not today Satan. That is all.
Oh I know but a few grand upfront looks beautiful even if its a lie. That's why I said not today SatanHahaha![]()

. They are seductive, but do the math on the annual dues. That's what helps snap me out of an, "I NEED a Vero Beach contract" episode.
I haven't stayed there yet, but we are this year and im looking forward to it! I did watch videos of the cottages, they are beautiful! If you like the oceanfront grand villas they are a great deal...
for a beachfront timeshare VB points aren't too bad actually....
For SAP I wouldn't recommend them though....
Stop it! I love oceanfront anything. If you like the oceanfront grand villas they are a great deal...

Are they fake oceanfront like Aulani or actual oceanfront??? Sigh I need to do some researchIf you like the oceanfront grand villas they are a great deal...

I don't think they are actual ocean front, but very close. I haven't been there, so I could be wrong. I'm under impression that foliage goes between the entire resort and the beach. They don't want any lights hitting the beach because it confuses the turtles when they hatch. First floor of everything there just sees the bushes. Are they fake oceanfront like Aulani or actual oceanfront??? Sigh I need to do some research
Whew! Just saved me from doing something I said I would never ever do buy Vero BeachI don't think they are actual ocean front, but very close. I haven't been there, so I could be wrong. Thanks!! They are pretty close but not enough for me to lay down money on VB.It's not a manmade cove or anything like that. Here, I believe they're referring to the beach cottages...

If it was right on the beach would you pull the trigger lolThanks!! They are pretty close but not enough for me to lay down money on VB.
Don't tempt me! As someone who has paid $5k+ the past several years for our OCNJ week-long rental, you're making me pull up the dvcforless listings for VB to compare. It is really not a bad deal, paying 5-8k a week to rent at the Jersey shore is a bad deal.
It may or may not show what you paid for the week lolDon't tempt me! As someone who has paid $5k+ the past several years for our OCNJ week-long rental, you're making me pull up the dvcforless listings for VB to compare.
100%. But I wouldn’t pay these asking pricesIf it was right on the beach would you pull the trigger lol
Don’t do it…Don't tempt me! As someone who has paid $5k+ the past several years for our OCNJ week-long rental, you're making me pull up the dvcforless listings for VB to compare.
I don't think I can unless I stayed there and knew we really liked it. That said, if I did, I gotta say, compared to the aforementioned Jersey Shore rental prices, if I knew our family would like a week every year at VB as much as we do at OCNJ, it would really be way more economical to pick up some points at VB than it would be to pay the astronomical prices you pay for a week long rental at the Jersey Shore.Don’t do it…![]()
You’ll have to use your points and visit. I hope to within 2 years.I don't think I can unless I stayed there and knew we really liked it.
