Vero Beach - what is refurb / construction status?

We will be there in a couple of weeks and just wondering what is going on ie what areas are being worked on, noise / disruptions, impact on lobby / pool / restaurant areas etc. Thx for any info.

Rooms at the Inn building are finished. Shutters and Sonya's are closed, but they are using the meeting rooms for Shutters. Food in the Green Cabin room as well.

Here and it's great. We got the same letter and I was worried with an inn room reservation with 2 kids. So we are now in a renovated ocean view inn room. So far no construction noise and it's beautiful. There are some construction walls around the restaurants. But it is off to the side and doesn't affect anything. Bleachers is opened with the mug station, shutters is in the banquet space with a full menu. The lobby feels unaffected.

Anyone have any idea WHEN restaurant project is slated to be finished? Hoping to return next May, looking forward to HOPEFULLY NEWLY RENOVATED villas and the new restaurant project. We were at Vero week before Memorial Day weekend and when we had a great meal at Shutters, heard a lot about the new project.

We have a late October stay planned and I was told that the restaurant construction is supposed to be done by the end of October but everything seems to running a month behind so the CM didn't want to give me false hope
