Vero Beach on Labor Day Weekend?

Anyone know how busy the resort is on Labor Day weekend? It's is Adventure season and I am considering one last trip before school gets going full swing.

I'm not sure. We were there for Memorial Day weekend and it was quite busy. I think most Florida schools go back before Labor Day.

It must be nice to not to have school in session until after labor day. Here in NC there are plenty of schools that start the last week of July.

I booked a 2bd during that week at only 5 months out.

canda - Here in Arkansas, we are also already in school before Labor Day. Our students return Aug. 19th, and teachers before that, of course. As a counselor, I will have to be back around the 3rd week of July, so I am considering taking a personal day on the Friday (flying down late Thursday night) before the Labor Day holiday to have my last "hurrah". Since I will have been back at work about 7 weeks by then, I think I will probably need a break! LOL!

We've been there a couple of years on Labor Day weekend and it is always sold out. But the resort can handle the guests - it was quite hot, tho. Have a great time.
