We had planned on going to WDW for a Christmas trip, but after thinking about it, aren't too sure how much DD's school will love her being out for a week in October and December.
I won't bore you with the details, but I have points that have to be used by 1/31/09 or lose them and that is SO not gonna happen.
So DH are going to take an adult only trip instead. We thought to avoid a great deal of controversy with DD, we would try Vero Beach just to get away and chill out. I would plan to spend a day at one or two of the parks (we have AP's) since its only a 2 hour drive.
I was hoping for some feedback on what the resort is like, if the weather is chilly is it still an entertaining place to go? Anyone have pictures?
