Verifaction ?? Should I worry

My family made kits for the Haitian relief effort. We mailed them Thursday the 4th of March. We received the email with the thank you on March 5th.

Today the status on the account reads:

Lead Volunteer
XXXX
XXX@XXXXXX.net

Volunteer Opportunity Not Completed
The date of the activity has already passed.

The program has ended. No additional volunteer activities can be scheduled.

Are they just waiting to verify receipt of the kits and then updating the status or should I worry.

I would maybe contact support? That seems weird that they would send you the thank you email but yet it says on your profile it wasn't completed. I would bring up the fact that you did get that email.

The email is sent out automatically after the event even if you truly didn't volunteer:
HandsOn Network and Project Linus Will County IL Chapter will contact Disney and let them know you and members of your household attended and completed your volunteer service. If for some reason you were not able to volunteer as scheduled, return to DisneyParks.com and search for and commit to a new volunteer opportunity to be eligible for the “Give a Day. Get a Disney Day.” program.

If you completed your volunteer service, you will receive instructions for printing your voucher for your free Disney ticket to a Disney Theme Park at Disneyland® Resort or Walt Disney World® Resort within two weeks.

I would definitely contact the event coordinator. I know with the blankets that they had to be received on or by the event date. On the event day the program automatically sends an email to the coordinator to verify you. So if you just mailed your kits the day before your event date they probably didn't get them on or before the date. I would definitely try to contact someone ASAP
