Ugh! I went online last night - looking for this replica lightsaber for my ds - it was on sale at bestbuy.com for $69 - yaay- it is $99 on the site normally, $119 in the store - tried to order it online, but kept getting kicked off the web site while ordering it - so I decided to leave it and come back to it this am (it was 11pm or later when I was doing it)...
Today I tell him about it and it being on sale - he's excited to use his Christmas $$ for it - go online to order it - it's now $99!
I called customer service - they won't honor the price I tried to buy it for last night!
after an hour of being on hold and talking with the rep, I finally gave up.
Best Buy usually has the BEST customer service, bends over backwards to help, at least that has been our experience, at the store level. I guess that ethic doesn't carry over to the web site.
