I just made a box of cook and serve pudding, and came upstairs while it was cooling.

I just heard my dad downstairs scraping a dish, went down to check, and he had eaten the whole dish of pudding! All four servings!

He just isn't capable of feeding himself apparently.

So now, I either am not going to have pudding tonight, which I really was hungry for, or I'm going to have to go out to the store, and get another mix, which I really don't feel like doing.

That is hilarious because: My DM decided to make some pudding the other night, which in itself is a shock because she was a SAHM who didn't stay at home or cook when I was younger and still doesn't. Well, she made it and she ate 1 batch. Then last night she and my dD made a batch, I had 1 dish of it.

Before I can offer up an opinion I would need to know who bought the mix and who owns the house the mix is in.

My mix, (and also my milk that was used with it.) It is his, (and my mom's house,) but I do pay rent, so it's not like I live there for free, and I don't see how that should give him a right to eat all of my food anyway.

I think they are actually pretty good, especially the cook and serve ones, since I like to eat it when it's still slightly warm. Maybe I'm just weird though.

I think your dad likes it the same way! LOL Honestly, as the parent of a 22 year old I have to side with Dad here... there are so few opportunities to actually get something good from your kids at that age! When my children were younger I never would have said this. Live and learn.

OMG ~ man after my own heart! He must have really enjoyed it! I love home cooked warm chocolate pudding. I would be bend too if it where me. I keep a couple boxes for ER. Maybe you need to label your food....specially your puddings!

She said it was the cook and serve kind, not instant. That's why I said cook. I guess it does sound sorta funny though.

Please dont think I am making fun!!! I just am not the cook pudding type, thats all. In that token, many here would be amazed I can make the instant, thats all!
