I guess I actually want a transparency......but will the printer actually print on it without smudging?
I did a paper cut out of a diver and then covered it with different pieces of ripped paper. I wanted to do an over lay of a word cloud. But when I printed it out on the vellum it just isn't popping as much as I would like.
Any ideas?

You can but inkjet or lazer printer transparencies. When you go to print make sure you put it on the side it asks for in the printer. Generally it prints on a rough side. Also your printer should have options for paper types and you can normally find transparency. Don't touch where it prints for a bit of time (I wait 5 minutes) before using.

I like having the slick side out so after I make my words 9or picture) I bring it into photoshop and flip it so it prints backwards and I can put the shiny side out on the paper.

You can buy these transparencies at office stores.

If you have any other questions i can try and answer them.
