Vegetarian options at Narcoossee's?

I was looking at the menus on wdwinfo and allearsnet and I couldn't really find any vegetarian options for entree/main course at Narcoossee's and was wondering if it would be possible to special request something? Has anyone done this before?

I hope to go at the end of September for my 21st birthday, when should I call and make a special request? Do I make a special request when I make my ADR's?

I don't have ADR's yet, but plan on making them soon. I hope it isn't too late, last year at the end of September it was fairly easy to make adr's so I am hoping this year it is the same way.

I saw this on the menu:

Red Pepper-Mushroom Risotto - sauteed Swiss chard, mushrooms, and asparagus $19

It's most likely vegetarian, but risotto could be made with animal stock. It's a good idea to have them make a note of your vegetarianism when you make your ADRs. You could also get the number of the restaurant, call them directly and ask what's in the risotto or if they can make something else for you.
