Vegetarian & MGM Counterservice

I'll be heading out to the World very soon with DH and our niece and nephew. My niece, a very pleasant thirteen year old, is a vegetarian. Any recommendations for CS at MGM? I noticed that the ABC Commissary had a wrap that was vegetarian, but it seemed like it would be a bit weird for a 13 yo (IMO) - although I like tabbouleh and hummus, it isn't for me! The Flatbread Grill (our usual pick) seems to only have a salad. I was hoping to avoid pizza, but could that be our only choice? Anyone have any experience with this? Any suggestions are appreciated!!! Thank you! (only a few days left!!! )

Backlot Express has a VERY yummy roasted veggie sandwich. Also, there's supposed to be some kind of tropical salad with beans, plaintains, and some other stuff, but I haven't tried it yet. The sandwich is very very good though.
