Omgahhh the guest experiences manager emailed me this morning apologizing about the issues we had at vdh with the front desk and deliveries and offered to call me to discuss my concerns. I was not expecting that.

Maybe they know who I am with our hot VDH thread hahaha. The thread has been their recent bread and butter and it must be positive only

Joking aside, I am so happy they listened and care. I pointed out all the wonderful things about the hotel as well and I am confident the lil gift card annoyance will be resolved. Can't wait to return, currently stalking end of the month!!! BUY VDH

I don't know for sure, but I think it might be possible. Hmmm. The more I think about it, the more unsure I am. To be seated either inside or outside, they need to welcome you to your chairs/table if inside, or to the terrace area if outside. So even if you're on the terrace, you're already admitted into their system, so I'm not sure if you can still be on the waitlist for indoor seating.

Im not sure either im thinking no too, because we were offered to sit at the terrace and when we said no we prefer inside then we had to wait downstairs until something became available. I will ask next time tho.
