Wondering if anyone knows whether the BCV units
have VCR's or not?

All, only 1BR / 2BR's, or none?

Also, does the Comm. Hall at BWV allow rentals
for DVC'ers at BCV?

Going down to BCV 7/15 and wondering whether
to take a couple video's for the little one.

The BCV have DVD players in 1 and 2 bedrooms. The DVD player is in the Living Room. No VCRs. DVC Members can rent for free DVDs at the store at the Beach Club.

There is a large selection of DVDs to rent. They have two binders - one for animated and one for non-animated movies. The movies are alphabetized in the binders. When I put a DVD in, I could not get a picture on the screen. Luckily my husband figured it out. I bet the front desk will get a lot of calls for help to get them working. It would be nice if they put some directions by the TV for those who aren't familiar with DVD players.

I also had trouble making the DVD work; however, my 15 year old had it working in minutes. The library is not very large. My 4 kids have already gone through most of the library in only 7 days!

Thanks everyone for your comments.

DVD's are actually better, since I have a few (LOL) that
my DD actually will sit through. I can bring them.

Also, I was going to buy a Pooh tape since I thought they would only have VCR's.

Good to know they've put DVD's in the BCV's.

Thanks again! :D

I like that they have DVD players, but I'm sorry they don't have a VCR as well...how am I supposed to tape the Disney info channels to watch at home when I need a quick fix???:)

That's a good point. Think they'd let you VCR-hop to BWV to record the in-house programming? :)

Yeah, but they'll probably put restictions on it during high-viewing times!

What does the studio have in regards to TV/DVD or VCR which as previously there were no VCR's Thanks.
