Does anyone know if hair braiding (corn rows) is available at Vero Beach (if so, what is the cost) ? Also, does anyone know the cost of renting a kayak? Thanks for information you can provide.

I don't think they do the corn rows but they sometimes have the braiding of ribbons/beads into strands of hair. The same thing they do at the WDW resorts.

I'm not sure about the cost of a kayak. I think you'd have to arrange that with an offsite company.
