Df and i went to P&P in January when we went for our planning session- we had alot of fun and the fireworks were awesome! The best part though---

Oh Vanessa the P&P party sounded great. And about the sweatshirt, what do you mean you didn't need it?
I buy a shirt from every park every time and can't wait to buy more. I don't like those types of things that guys usually do either. My DH was not into that and he had them at his bachelor party. I was sick to my stomach until I talked to him the next day.

I actually added them through the Photopass web site. When we said we wanted to buy the CD one of the photographers told us to wait until we got home because we could add frames and create completely new pictures. We started out with only about 180 on the photopasses but by the time we made new pictures I had 299!
So we did end up having the same one after allWe're twins with the sweatshirts

It was a lot of fun, I definitely recommend the P&P to anyone who might be down while its going on

The next day we got up relatively early and got ready to head out for the rehearsal. We told everyone to meet at 9:15 a.m. Most people ended up congregating in front of my parents room, so we ended up leaving from there. We did have to send someone up to the lobby to catch the few people that actually followed directions. Little did we know one of Kris groomsmen, Sean, accidentally got left behind. He ended up taking a cab over to the Beach Club to meet us, but we both felt bad about forgetting him! Guess what else I forgot? On my last day of being a single woman I forgot to wear any jewelry which included my engagement ring. Imagine going to your wedding rehearsal without your engagement ring on your finger!
We were a little short on space in the rental cars. We timed it so the second rental car that we got for 1 day did not have to be back until 11:30 a.m. that way we could use it to take people over to the Beach Club. Since it had to be returned at the Dolphin someone could run that car over after we had dropped everyone off for the rehearsal. Marquitta still had her rental too, so they volunteered to drive which was a great help. We were still a little squished and had to pile several people in the back of the SUV. Imagine pulling up to the Beach Club and having all these people pile out of the back of a vehicle; it was pretty funny!!!
After we dropped everyone off since it was still around 9:45 a.m., I rode with Mark and we followed my dad over to the Dolphin to drop off the car. When we got back we heard about the fiasco of accidentally leaving Sean behind, but thankfully he had arrived by cab to the hotel.
When I got there I got a call from the luggage people at POR. They had finally tracked down our missing bag
It turned out somehow it had been sent back to the airport and went into long-term storage. The lady at the hotel told me that she would call me that afternoon after our rehearsal to let me know what was in it (if the missing favors were there). I thought this was good news, but didn't realize there was still more drama to come surrounding the luggage and our favors.
I then went up to the concierge to find out our new scheduled room. Marion had told me on Friday that we were moved to a new room, but I forgot to write it down. Once that was taken care of we headed out to the conference center. It must have been funny to see our caravan of 25 people walking along. My cousin Josh stayed behind to find a wheelchair to transport my grandma.
On our way, Marion gave me a call to check on our location. Thankfully, we walked in just a couple of minutes after 10 a.m. We saw this waiting for us on the queue:
We then headed over to the room to get started. Marion let us take this sign for our scrapbook:
Since our minister is a pastor and it was Sunday morning he was not obviously going to be there, so Marion took charge. We had a pretty large room to work in which was nice. I had condensed version of the bow bouquet to use for the reception. The flowers had actually been attached to one of my packages at a shower. If any of you notice, we used the Jewish setup for the ceremony with the bride on the right and the groom on the left of the aisle. This has no real significance except that were vain. My bad side in photos is my right and Kris is his left, so we didnt want those sides towards the audience!
Another side note, I have been in a lot of weddings and I insisted that everyone do the step together, step together, etc. walk. I hate when people look like they are running down the aisle, so everyone had to take a few minutes to practice this walk. We also had to explain the walking situation since we had 4 groomsmen, 4 bridesmaids, and 1 bridal attendant (technically a groomsman, but my cousin stood on my side.) What we did is to have Kris cousin serve as the escort for Kris mom and then my cousin walked with the 4th bridesmaid.

During the rehearsal we had Mark, Marquittas husband, practice the song that he was going to sing during the ceremony. We wanted to see how long we could stand staring at each other adoringly. The song is titled Beautiful and he was following the version sang by Wayne Brady with Jim Brickman. We ended up opting to just have one verse with the chorus. Here are the lyrics:

After we were finished everyone started to file out to head over to the Dolphin for the rehearsal dinner at FRESH. I had to quickly attach the correct cards to the presents that Judis mom had wrapped so beautifully for me! I also gave Marion a card for her and for her assistant Linda. I ended up getting them both gift cards (I had emailed each one separately asking what places the other liked) I thought this would be the best time to hand them out to her. We had also asked Marion where we could have a few minutes to practice our dance. She had tried to get us in at the Living Seas throughout the weekend, but it was booked pretty solid. She told us that we were welcome to stay in the room to practice for a little while after rehearsal. We put my mom in charge of filing people down to the boat dock to take the boat over to the Dolphin. Our bridal party heading off to the boat:
Since we knew it would take them a while, Kris and I along with my dad and Mark and Marquitta stayed for a little while that way we could take the two remaining rental cars over to the Dolphin to meet everyone else. Although, as people were leaving no one could find Kris mom, she had wandered off in the other direction. We sent Kris to find her and then he disappeared! Finally, Marquitta found both of them and sent his mom to the docks and brought him back to the room. We had brought the laptop to use for the music. Although, we had some problems getting it to start up, but we finally got it!
My dad and I practiced a little too:
Kris and I getting our moves down (Im giving directions in the first shot). We had taken dance lessons and our entire dance was choreographed. I do ballet with a group and have been in some form of dance since I was 2, so its no big deal for me. Kris on the other hand felt like it was a real challenge, but our dance ended up turning out great!

I was pretty surprised that everyone really got into things at the P&P. Disney brings that out in people.

I found it! I decided to look for your trip report today and was suprised to see that you had 11 pages already! You are so ahead of me girl, with my wedding in October and I still haven't started my trippie. Oh well, I will hopefully start soon...better late than never. The report is awesome so far. I have to say that my favorite pic from the MK was the one of you in the castle archway where it is still dark outside and the tiny bit of light catches your dress and train just right. It's magical! 
And BTW, I can't wait to hear about the other Dis Bride you ran into the last day of your Disneymoon. I wonder who it could be

It was a lot of fun, after all how often do you get to dress up and act silly? Of course, some of the girls had stories about frat parties from colleges, but we won't talk about that

Thanks, Lynn! I've been dragging my feet a little waiting to get the pictures from Randy, but it looks like I will probably get to it before I get the CD from him. I'm hoping to at least finish up the rehearsal day tomorrow, so stay tuned

Vanessa do you have a video from your wedding. I would love to hear the song that your friend's DH sung. It looks very lovely from the words. I like how Wayne Brady sings too. I am so excited as the big day is coming soon. I totally wished I knew that you were able to get married at WDW because I so would have done that. Maybe one of kids will, hehe. But like I said I am having a VR for our 25th, only 13 more years but who's counting.
