1. Today - I am alive and well;
2. Time - the time I spend with my little family each day;
3. Teachers - I have four in my family -- my two daughters, my son-in-law, and my grandson-in-law (teacher's aide). They work so hard and get so little in return. The teachers that I had growing up were such a blessing to me and I have never forgotten them.

Afternoon all,

1. Toasties/toasted sandwiches - one of my favourite quick and easy lunches.

2. Travel - I'm so grateful for the ability to be able to travel and see new places.

3. Tiramisu - love coffee and love desserts, so can't go wrong with this!
