Van for one week in February

Used code for dollar car rental, $480.00 without code, $249.00with code, this is a price for a van. Can I get better, will new codes come out or should I just go ahead and book at $249.00.
Please help I have never done this before.

that's the code i used to get a van for $209/week with Dollar (although i am travelling next week, not February).
