Validity of resale agents?

Hi,

Does anyone have advice on checking out the validity of resale agents?

I just signed papers, and emailed them back, but I have not yet sent any money. It just occurred to me, that I should probably check out the legitamacy of the timeshare broker before sending my deposit.

Has anyone dealt with the following:
Timeshare Title & More LLP
3956 Town Center Blvd #131 Orlando FL.

They have been very helpful and friendly.
They were willing to communicate by email, and allow me to read all the information and make my decision, before requiring my phone number.

I am replying to my own message.

In case anyone is curious;
I Just verified the timeshare broker through the BBB web page
(which is a different address then the address of the title company which is what I had provided above).

I notice on the documents regarding our resale that Timeshare Title and More is handling our closing. The agent's name is Nancy Spohn.

Are you buying or selling a contract through this company or are they just handling your closing for the resale company.

We are selling through Shontell at dvcbyresale.com

We just used the Timeshare Store (Pat was great),and Timeshare Closing. All went well.

We have never dealt with the business you specified.

Thank you for the information.
I am buying, and I believe this is the title company that the timeshare resale company has choosen to use.

Anyway, I checked out the actual timeshare broker, and they checked out as legit, so I am comfortable sending them my deposit.

I am dealing with a company called "A Timeshare Broker" that is at 2918 Paine Lane, Orlando, Florida.

I hit the email questions buttons, and was able to get all the information that way.
I didn't have that experience with the timeshare store.
They sat on my email requests and refused to communicate with me, until they had my phone number.
They do have a larger variety available then the other re-sellers I found, but still nothing closer to what I needed then I found at atimeshare.
