We bought those discounted AP's during the promo a few months ago (3 adult, 3 kid). First timer questions...

1. What do we need to show when we validate them? Member ID card? License? Do they care about addresses and stuff? I need a new license in September; I haven't yet gotten my sticker with this address on it for the old one.

2. Day 1, plans are to "check-in" at SSR to find that our room isn't ready yet because it's only 11am, then head over to Animal Kingdom. So, we validate at AK guest services, correct?

3. Now that they're connected to MDE, do we still present the vouchers?

Thanks!

You need your DVC Member Card and all Adults (ages 18+) need to show a Photo ID with the same address as the member. You don't need to have the vouchers, but it would probably make the exchange quicker since they won't have to search for the passes in the computer system.

You can exchange for the actual passes at any park ticket window or guest relations location. The resort ticket desks can't do anything with annual passes.

Does DVC still have your old address? If so, your old license would work better.

mportant Documents to Bring With You
When purchasing your Passes in person or picking up Passes that you ordered by phone or email, you'll need to provide a few documents.

If Your Purchased Online:
Your Disney Vacation Club Member ID Card
Valid driver's license or state identification card for all, showing they reside in the same household
An exchange certificate, which you'll receive in the mail

If You Purchased by Phone Through Member Services:
Your will-call number or name the order was processed under
Your Disney Vacation Club Member ID Card
Valid driver's license or state identification card for all adults, showing they reside in the same household

If You Purchased at a Theme Park or the Downtown Disney Area:
Your Disney Vacation Club Member ID Card
Valid driver's license or state identification card for all adults, showing they reside in the same household

I would also take your DVC member card, because they always ask to see it at the window. Your DVC account address needs to match the address on all of the adult's DLs.

We bought two of the Premier passes this year for our trip out in Oct. We have turned them both in for the passes at DL with little issue. Didn't need the DVC member cards. We did take the vouchers to the ticket booth and then linked the pass to the MDE profiles later. Took about 15 min ea due to having to get the computer to deal with the tax increases for the FL portion of the passes. We paid the taxes at the time of purchase, but prices increased since then and the computers didn't like giving us passes at the old prices. It took a few min for the supervisor to over ride the system and make it activate the passes. First was done on 6/15/14 the other was done on Sunday. Same process, no need to show Member card. Picture ID and since we are pass holders, they just had to confirm our info from the old passes in the system. If you've had a pass in the last 2 years in Ca then you are still there and it's much faster to get thru.

When we picked ours up last year (bought on the last DVC special pricing) we had to show the member card and a DL for each adult. They did check both at the DTD location.
