Valet damaged car...

Been there, done that, got the t-shirt that says they won't! Plus, I have this discussion just a few times with my attorney friends, blanket statements like the valet one, cannot be enforced.

I would hope so! This is truly jacked up....Not a word from anyone, WDW, valet company, etc...
I guess this is how they wear you down.

I would actually engage your insurance company, if they are good, they should be willing to go to bat for you with the valet company and their carrier.

I work for an insurance company and your best bet is to put it in their hands. They will play your claim and then go over Disney/Valet Co. I had my car hit in the parking garage at work last January. The guy took off but luckily somone got his license #, a description and gave it to the garage office. The garage office was going to put it on my car when I walked up. So I called my company and they traced the license #, found out the drivers name, his phone #, his insurance company. They tracked him down and he admitted it. His company accepted responsibility so I didn't even have to pay the deductible while they subrogated. They got the money back and it does not count on my record.

yep we already said we are calling them tomorrow to start action. we contacted them that day and put it on record but did not start any of the process....we will be tomorrow!

Always get a police report, for this exact reason. I really hope this works out for you.
