Valentine's candy and card sales

Do they start today or tomorrow?

We are having a Valentine's party tomorrow.....yeah, a day late, but hopefully this will work in my favor as we need 150 Valentine's cards/candy for the kids!

When do I go and look/find them? Tonight or tomorrow morning?

If I am remembering correctly from last year...they dont start marking down the Valentine stuff until the 15th. I need to get lots of chocolate heart candy for my oldest DD's wedding. I was in a CVS just a while ago, and no markdowns. I will head out first thing in the am!

Michael's already had their stuff marked 50% off when I went yesterday, so if you need craft stuff, you can head over there today. Walmart marked theirs down on the 15th last year.

Target or other type stores may have it on sale this evening (later though). I know they will have it on sale tomorrow. Don't forget to also check places llike Rite Aid or Walgreens as well.

I just checked with my local Giant Eagle and Walgreens.....they both said tomorrow.

Two CVS stores were pretty much wiped out!~ I didn't even bother.

Local grocery store had plenty and rang me up for .24 cents per box! Boxes had pencils or stickers in them. They were labeled as .99 cents but there was a glitch when I checked out and the manager said to just give me the deal and she would change the amount later!

I got enough for today's party and next year's and possibly the next year's!

I was a little disappointed that Target only marked down the candy 30% today. I really don't remember but is that par for the course? I was thinking it started at 50% for holiday stuff.

My Walmart only had a very few packages of candy...50% off, and Target was at 30% off too. CVS had pretty much nothing! I needed lots of heart shaped wrapped chocolate for DD's wedding favors. I had to go to 2 Walmarts just to get 20 bags. Thankful I found what I did.

went yesterday and the one near me was 70% off. I bought a bunch of the candy and card sets with the nerds and starburst to fill easter eggs for our church's easter egg hunt. They had tons of packages of card with pencils and tattos which I bought several of some for next year and some for dd7 who loves tattos

My two Walmarts went 75% off so i stocked up on lots of goodies for Valentine bags for my kids class room next year. They were 24 cents
