Okay- I am joining group 2 with my chocolate cheescake. I think about a more creative time when I ship my kids off to their parents for Christmas break and can think again.

I'll jump into Group 2 as well. My recipe for this one will be a wonderful appetizer "Sensual Onion Tarts". Don't worry, the onions are carmelized and very sweet and won't lead to onion breath.

MickeyP........I told you earlier I would post if I saw an 8.5" x 8.5" album. One of the brands carried at Target is Marcella and I saw some of that size there yesterday in that brand......FYI, in case you need it to use with your previous recipes

Staples has a binder, but you have to special order the protective pages. I saw one on ebay from the UK. I really wanted someone to say, "Oh, Walmart has those." but no one has.

Oh, I'm sorry......No, the ones I saw were 8.5 x 8.5......sorry! I've never seen 8.5 x5.5, but then again I've never looked for them. You might be able to find 9 x 6 somewhere.

I never realized but everything I make has either onion or garlic... Every recipe DH has come up with "you make a good ____" has had onions or garlic.

So, I have to think on this...

I think I'll make mine 6x6, then I can get 4 from 1 12x12...I like that idea
