High Fructose Corn Syrup--the "other" sugar in most food. There are studies done that show our bodies don't process this well and is a possible cause for the obesity rate in the US (which I do have to agree with as I cut out HFCS for a couple weeks a few years ago and lost 5 lbs with changing NOTHING else in my diet). I would have continued but there isn't much you can eat that doesn't have the HFCS.
