Vacation rental home family of 6

I am still on a search for a vacation rental home for family of 6. how are Chatham Park homes. We are planning to do mostly Universal.. WE need 4 twin beds, and a lot of the 3BR have a full in one of the rooms. I will take any suggestions. Searching for homes get very overwhelming. What is a good pool size for 4 kids. Thanks....

try looking at 4 beds they may have two twin rooms, You need a home to the east of Disney if you want Universal although most of them won't be too far away .Most pools are somewhere in the region of 28/30ft x 14/16
