Does VP do anything special for Christmas?

We're staying at the Grand Californian for our first time. We're so stinkin excited. DH & I have been to DL at Cmas once in 2000 and stayed at PP pre-kids. We've stayed at DLH twice with kids in September. Since this is a Cmas trip, we want to spruce it up a bit.

I want to order some treats for the room, like the chocolate dipped strawberries, possibly a early bday cake for me, cookies, etc. Does anyone have a current VP list? Does VP do anything special for Cmas, like hot cocoa or Cmas shaped cookies or anything?

Thanks!

Now pray that all 5 of us ditch this flu bug that we're fighting off before we have to drive on Sunday! I don't think all 5 of us have been sick at the same time before. I haven't even thought about packing yet, which is unlike me.

I have the list that I got from emailing for it. The email is vacationplanning at disneyonline.com (of course using the @ instead of "at", LOL).

They didn't have anything holiday-ish on the list. Nor do they have the cookies and milk, etc. Just baskets, basically.

But last year, when I called to get the list emailed, they sent the same sort of basket and cake list, AND they included info on room service, which is where the cookies, milk, etc those little goodies for the room were listed.

Though I'm sure it all can be ordered through VP, so just call 'em! Well, email, get your list (might want to ask about xmas and the room service type treats), then call. :)

Just checked the very very bottom of the email and it says:

Each holiday season, Vacation Planning offers Disney-themed Christmas trees and stockings. These amenities are delivered to your hotel room, and are unique each year. Take home some Holiday Disney Magic! Contact us at (714)300-7526 option 2 for details and pricing.

When we stayed at GCH over Christmas we had a tree put in our rooms. They were cute :) And a lot of people had them! Also brought cookies and milk although I dont recall them being special...just chocolate chip maybe? Hmm...it's been quite some time. If you want they can ship your tree home to you after you depart...or at least they used to :)

You can arrange for Mickey cookies or Mickey rice krispie treats with milk through vacation planning. We did this in October. They are not cheap! They were $18 dollars for 2. Not sure if they have special Christmas ones. You could ask if they would do the Mickey gingerbread men.
