Vacation Package refund

I booked a vacation package and then had to change my dates when I couldn't coordinate the VP and my Japan tour. I canceled the VP and am wondering how long it takes to show on my credit card?

If you don't see the credit soon, there is an email inquiry feature available on the website where you can ask about the status. We used the inquiry for some questions and usually got a response in 24 hours. At the bottom of the main page is 'contact us' - you can find the email option from there.
